One of the hardest rocking bands of all time meets one of the most refreshing cocktails this side of hells bells. This whiskey cocktail, our AC/DC Back in Blackberry Fizz,  is the perfect pairing for an album that is pure fire from the first riff to last. All you need for this recipe is:

AC/DC BACK IN BLACKBERRY FIZZ

1 1/2 oz Starward Whiskey

2 tbs Simple Syrup

1 tbs Blackberry Juice

6 tbs Club Soda

Mint Sprig

Add ice to your cocktail glass. In cocktail shaker with ice: add whiskey, simple syrup and blackberry juice and shake it all night long. Pour into glass while straining out ice from shaker. Top off with soda, garnish with blackberry and mint, and have a drink on me!

The drinks behind the bar are inset within three shelves with semicircular tops, with lights around the perimeter. Above the counter, are spherical crystal pendant lights, hung from mirror-like coffers. At the bar, you can sit on velvet stools, and rest your feet on the golden foot rail. Order a margarita, whiskey sour, or secret Julep.  You also have the option of sitting on private tables just steps away from the bar.

You can huddle with your friends on maroon banquettes, each with a thick curtain that can be pulled for privacy. Above the banquettes hang crystal chandeliers which will keep your private party beaming. The banquettes have lights at the bottom to enhance the Art Deco floor patterns, with their golden trim and repetitive design.

When you visit Rosina there is one thing that you must do: press the button. Hidden in plain sight on a mirrored surface is a white glowing button at the center of an ornate golden plate with the words “Press For Champagne.” Once pressed, a staff member brings you a glass of champagne. 2 Parts Passion Fruit Puree or Fresh Pulp

1 Part Fresh Pineapple Juice

1 Part Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

1 Part Agave Syrup (1:1)

2 Pinches Cayenne Pepper

2 Kaffir Lime Leaves

How Is It Made?

1. Mix kaffir lime leaves.

2. Place ice in a shaker tin, then add rest of the ingredients.

3. Shake and strain over cubed ice.

4. Topped off with crushed ice and passion fruit in copper pineapple vessel.
