SHIPPING VIA FREIGHT: Record Consoles & Built to Order/Custom Furniture

SHIPPING:
We recommend reputable white glove carriers through a 3rd party. Please note, shipping is the responsibility of the customer and rates are provided to us directly from the shipping company. Payments can be made directly with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for rates, delays or damage incurred by a 3rd party. Pieces are inspected by the freight company upon pickup from our facility and any defects will be noted on the Bill of Lading that you will sign upon delivery. Please be sure to thoroughly read the shipping company’s polices and inspect the piece upon delivery and before signing any delivery documents. All shipments are carefully blanket wrapped or crated, fully insured, and delivered inside of your home. It is your responsibility to inspect the piece for any damage that may have incurred in transit. Once you have signed off the shipping documents, you have 48 hours to notify the shipping company if any damage has occurred. Photos & videos will be provided by LUNO of the piece before it leaves our shop. Once pieces leave our possession, we are not liable for any damage that should occur in transit via a third party.

RETURNS:
DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR WORK BEING HANDCRAFTED AND BUILT TO ORDER, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. LUNO DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY BUILT TO ORDER/CUSTOM ITEMS. PLEASE REVIEW ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON YOUR INVOICES. BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT TO LUNO, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE UPON DELIVERY, YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO NOTIFY US
