Terms & Conditions

LUNO TERMS & CONDITIONS 

DEPOSITS FOR BUILT TO ORDER PIECES 
A [non-refundable] deposit of half of the total price of your order is required prior to the start of production. The remaining [non-refundable] balance is due upon completion of the job and before the piece can be released to the freight company. (Shipping/Delivery costs are not included and can be paid directly to shipper upon completion of the piece.)

LEAD TIMES
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. We take our work very seriously and strive to complete orders as quick as humanly possible. However, due to high demand, the nature of the trade, and factors out of our control, production times to complete an order may take 10 -12 + weeks and sometimes longer. We can provide an estimated date of completion upon purchase, but cannot guarantee an exact completion date. Orders are completed on a first come, first serve basis, and in the order they are received.

WARRANTY
LUNO warrants products against defects in electronics for the time periods and as set forth below. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, LUNO will, at its option, (i) repair the product (ii) replace the product with a new product. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. Term: For a period of one (1) calendar year from the original date of purchase of the product, LUNO will, at its option, repair or replace with new  product or parts, any product or parts determined to be defective. This Limited Warranty covers only the electronic components packaged with the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear on the cabinet. Products that have been self-repaired or tampered with are void of all warranty.

DUE TO THE HANDCRAFTED NATURE OF OUR WORK,
ALL SALE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
LUNO DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

DELIVERY
We can recommend a delivery service for customers in the Greater Los Angeles area. Prices are dependent on location or you are welcome to arrange your own service. Please make sure to inspect your piece thoroughly prior to accepting the delivery or signing any delivery documents. In the event damage incurred during delivery, it is imperative you notify delivery personnel ON SITE and contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues. Once an item is delivered or picked up, LUNO is not  liable for damage.

STORAGE FEES
If delivery arrangements are not made within 14 days of your item being completed or items are stored for longer than 30 days upon completion, customer will be notified and a storage fee will be issued. LUNO is unfortunately unable to indefinitely hold your items due to working with third party production facilities that have limited space. .(Although we would love to because we love all of our pieces!!)  Items left unclaimed for longer than 90 days are not our responsibility.  All funds paid to this point will be forfeited and the item will be listed and resold.

LEVELING PIECES
Some pieces may also need to be leveled & adjusted once they are delivered.

VARIATIONS
Due to the different characteristics of wood and other materials, colors and finishes may vary. Images displayed through a computer monitor may make the color slightly vary, as well. We suggest ordering a sample beforehand.
